From Carbs to Keto

-50 lbs in the first 6 months of starting keto and here we are almost 2 years later.

Quarantined + working from home + kids remote learning too! I’m just over here trying to maintain, stay healthy and stay sane… as we get through this pandemic. It ain’t easy, but we’re doing our best and that’s all that matters. Home workouts and keto baking has really helped with my mental health and sanity! 😉

This has been more than a weightloss journey and sharing the amazing foods we get to eat… and yes, we eat so good! The “diet” gets easier when it becomes a lifestyle! I’ve lost a lot of weight, but I’ve gained strength, confidence & self love from within – That’s where the real transformation begins!
