KETO GARLIC BUTTER ALFREDO PASTA

Still cleaning out the fridge/freezer over here! Thank goodness I stocked up on Real Good Foods before the quarantine. Keto/ low carb doesn’t have to be hard. Here’s what I whipped up today with some simple ingredients: Garlic Butter Chicken Alfredo Pasta.

INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Microwave Chicken Alfredo as instructed. Chop and set aside.
  • Prep shirataki noodles as instructed. Rinse, drain and dry pan fry.
  • In the same pan, add butter to shirataki noodles and stir.
  • Add garlic concentrate and garlic seasoning and continue stirring.
  • Add chicken alfredo to pasta. Mix until well combined.
