Still cleaning out the fridge/freezer over here! Thank goodness I stocked up on Real Good Foods before the quarantine. Keto/ low carb doesn’t have to be hard. Here’s what I whipped up today with some simple ingredients: Garlic Butter Chicken Alfredo Pasta.

Shirataki noods Garlic seasoning Garlic concentrate 4g net carbs per serving

INGREDIENTS
- Real Good Foods Chicken Alfredo
- Shirataki noodles/pasta
- 1 tbsp butter
- 5 drops garlic concentrate (10% off with discount code ketocoffeeandlipstick-10)
- garlic lovers seasoning

INSTRUCTIONS
Microwave Chicken Alfredo Chop and set aside Dry pan fry noodles Add butter Add seasoning and chicken alfredo
- Microwave Chicken Alfredo as instructed. Chop and set aside.
- Prep shirataki noodles as instructed. Rinse, drain and dry pan fry.
- In the same pan, add butter to shirataki noodles and stir.
- Add garlic concentrate and garlic seasoning and continue stirring.
- Add chicken alfredo to pasta. Mix until well combined.
