PUMPKIN CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

No better way to jump in to pumpkin season than with these semi-homemade keto pumpkin chocolate chip cookies! Over the weekend, I got to do some baking with my seven year old daughter and she wanted to make chocolate chip cookies and make them “Halloween” themed. This was so fun and super easy to make with just a few ingredients and this keto chocolate chip cookie mix that we always need to have in our pantry!

INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

Pre-heat oven to 350°F. Mix wet and dry ingredients with an electric hand mixer until cookie dough forms. Using a medium sized cookie scoop, place on baking sheet at least 2 inches apart. Bake for 12-15 minutes. I made 9 large cookies, but you can make them bigger or smaller! Allow cookies to cool on baking pan before transferring to cooling rack then top with sugar free chocolate pumpkins and/or some fun edible eye balls (not keto)… but super cute and spooky looking! 😉

If you love a soft baked cookie, you need this cookie mix in your low carb/keto life! This chocolate chip mix is perfect on it’s own, too! I just bought more of these cookie mixes to restock my pantry, especially since my kids love this mix! When the kids approve, that’s when you know it’s good, good!

Also, if you’re looking for sugar free chocolates, look no further… Choc Zero is my family’s favorite!
