Oh yes we did! We’ve made chocolate and hazelnut-filled sweet rolls and ube bread stuffed with cream cheese & chocolate.
So, I had to make something savory with this keto and gluten-free bread mix I’ve been loving. Pizza it is, but not just any pizza – it’s BANH MI pizza!
The best part? It’s semi-homemade. This weekend, we picked up a few banh mi’s at our neighborhood Vietnamese deli and I was like, forget the (carb and gluten-filled) baguette I’m making it a pizza that we all can enjoy. Yes, you can definitely make an prep your own toppings – I added extra meat on top that I already had at home!

I’m loving Scotty’s Everyday bread mix. It’s ZERO net carbs, gluten-free AND keto-friendly! It’s baked with yeast to give it all the doughy vibes I’ve missed since avoiding gluten. Definitely a must try if you’re living that keto, gluten-free lifestyle or searching for a nut-free, low carb bread alternative.
HOW TO MAKE THIS YUMMY GOODNESS:
Prep dough as instructed and press into a greased pizza pan or baking sheet. Bake pizza dough for 15 mins at 375° F. Brush dough with mayo and paté (optional), add your banh mi toppings and bake for another 10ish mins. Top with mayo. I even air fried extra pork belly to make it more meaty.
BANH MI TOPPINGS:
Grilled Pork
Air Fried Pork Belly
Pickled Radish & Carrots
Cilantro
Jalapenos
Japanese Mayo

Whether you’re craving something sweet or savory, the possibilities are endless with this bread mix!
